Photo Prep

A photo prep consists of up to 2 hours of staging and is typically scheduled for the morning of the professional photo shoot. It is in a home where you as the Realtor feels this home is in nearly perfect condition to be listed but you want to ensure the photos are perfect!

What can you expect from this appointment?

Our team arrives and we immediately assess furniture placement. In many cases the way a person my live in their home isn’t ideal for photography.

We visually balance each room, which may involve removing excess furniture or taking furniture from another room, all beds are remade, bathrooms are fluffed, the kitchen counter is set, any excess clutter or items that should not be photographed are removed and accessories and wall art are also addressed.

This also shows the Home owner how their home should be presented for all showings.
